Terms and Conditions


FEE: For non CDNA members, the fee is just £30 (+ VAT) for the Gala Dinner and Awards Evening and £50 (+ VAT) for the main conference. At the time of booking the Gala Dinner the delegate must confirm their food choices. CDNA members are offered FREE admission to both the Gala Dinner and Main Conference event.

PAYMENT: Non-members can reserve their space online, by fax, phone or post. When the booking is made payment should be made within 30 days by cheque unless it is 30 days or less to the date of the conference, in which case the full amount is due within 7 days or order. Cheques should be made payable to “CDNA” , should be accompanied by a copy of your order form and sent to Carol Ferguson at CDNA, 367 Chiswick High Road, London, W4 4AG.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations must be received in writing 10 working days before the date of the conference and for non-members, will be subject to a £10 administration fee.

Cancellations received after this time or not put in writing will be subject to the full delegate fee, which will also be charged in the event of non-attendance. Substitutions may be made at any time.

LIMITED AVAILABILITY: The Gala Dinner is restricted to a maximum of 200 and the conference to 250 people. Space is therefore limited. Should you reserve your space once capacity has been reached, we will contact you immediately.
